Food Safety Consultants Ltd. was established in 2006 by Ciaron White. All of our staff have extensive experience working in the food industry. We specialise in Food Safety Training, Food Safety Auditing, Food Safety Consultancy, Food Defence, Food Safety Culture, Food Allergen Management and Food Labelling.

To date, Food Safety Consultants has assisted numerous Food Businesses operating within different areas of the food supply chain to achieve their goal of certfication against numerous food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, relevant BRC-Global Standards and various Bord Bia Quality Assurance Schemes etc.. We offer an extensive range of services for food manufacturing, food contact packaging manufacturers, agents and brokers operating within the food industry, catering and retail operations.

We offer the following services:

• Food Hygiene/Safety training for food handlers.
• HACCP training incorporating the Risk Management Life cycle.
• BRC Global Standards training in Food Safety, Packaging Safety, Storage and Distribution and also the requirements of the BRC Agents and Brokers standard.
• Food Safety Auditing trainingincorporating the requirements of ISO 19011:2011-’Guidelines for auditing management systems’ and the six step audit life cycle.
• Food Safety Culture training and plan development.
• Food Allergen control and Allergen Management training.
• Food Labelling training and consultancy
• We can also conduct second party supplier audits on behalf of your company using IRCA Registered Lead Auditors.
• We can offer various food safety training courses through the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health(CIEH)in the UK for manufacturing, retail and catering operations.
• We can offer QQI Level 5 and level 6 training in Food Safety management through our training partners Shannon Quality Training (SQT Ltd).

All of our trainers have completed a certificate in Training and Continuing Education at National University of Ireland, Maynooth.
